DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1 - ARRIVE LEH (3505 METERS / 11567 FEET)
Arrival in Leh, Relax for the day, acclimatize to the altitude & Drink enough water. Post lunch walk toward market and Dinner at hotel. O/N stay Hotel in Leh.
DAY 2 - RIDE SHAM VALLEY – (70KM / FULL DAY)
After breakfast, visit the Indus & Zanskar River Sangam. Enjoy a ride along the Indus River, visiting Pathar Sahib Gurdwara, Magnetic Hill, and the Leh Hall of Fame / Indian Army Hall of Fame. Later, visit Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa for a panoramic view of Leh town. Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
DAY 3 - LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY (130KM/4-5 HOURS)
After breakfast, ride to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (18,380 ft). Enroute visit Diskit Monastery and the Giant Maitreya Buddha, enjoying views of Nubra Valley. Arrive at Hunder by afternoon. Lunch at camp, then free time to explore Diskit & Hunder Village and enjoy a camel safari in the sand dunes. Overnight stay at Hunder/Diskit – Nubra Valley.
DAY 4 - NUBRA TO PANGONG LAKE VIA SHAYOK VALLEY (145 KM / 5-6 HRS)
After breakfast, ride to Pangong Lake via Shayok Valley, passing through the scenic Nubra–Shayok region of the Karakoram Range. Arrive at Pangong Lake, the world’s highest saltwater lake shared by India and China. Enjoy the breathtaking views and changing colors of the lake. Overnight stay at the camp.
DAY 5 - : PANGONG TO LEH VIA CHANGLA (130KM/5-6 HRS)
After early Breakfast leave for Leh and RIDE through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, which is the fourth highest motorable road in the world. Over Night at the Hotel in Leh.
DAY 6 - DEPARTURE FROM LEH (5KM/ 15 MIN.)
Taxi will drop as per your flight schedule from leh terminal (IXL)
